Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please note that $25.00 from each registration is non-refundable per person. Full refunds, minus this fee, will be issued up until the day online pre-registration closes, which is nine days before the event start date. After this point, cancellations made between the registration close date and up to 48 hours prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund. Registrations also cannot be transferred to another event.

Once the cancellation window has closed, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather or personal circumstances.
